  Everything was going ok until the end when you get almost payed off they keep adding more money to your balance! One week I had 110 dollars roughly left on my account the next week it was 70 something and now a week later it's 480 dollar's left on the balance with $153 early pay off! It's a scam to keep getting money! We were about to get a washer and dryer through them until they did this they just lost our business! And to top it off they are refusing to show us a copy of the original contract we signed which shows the total pay off cause it will show that they over charged us for this last 13 months we have been paying on our stuff! Do not go through rent a center unless you want to get cheated!
